The BCCI Naman Awards are all set to take place on 15 March, as some of the awards have already been confirmed. According to reports, the Indian skipper, Shubman Gill is also set to receive an award. He will be honoured with the BCCI Cricketer of the Year title in the ceremony.
Shubman Gill made some needful contributions to the Indian team in the 2024/25 cycle. He was also a part of the team which won the Champions Trophy and Asia Cup 2025. Along with that, the year 2025 saw Shubman Gill taking up the role of a captain in Test and ODI format.
