For the Bundesliga title race, Bayern Munich delivered a powerful statement by coming from behind to defeat Borussia Dortmund 3-2 at Signal Iduna Park and move 11 points clear at the top of the table with 10 matches remaining. Dortmund struck first in the 26th minute when Daniel Svensson’s free kick found Nico Schlotterbeck, who headed past goalkeeper Jonas Urbig.

Bayern controlled possession for long spells but struggled to break down Dortmund’s defense in the first half. The visitors responded strongly after the interval. In the 54th minute, Joshua Kimmich’s pass set up Serge Gnabry, whose cross allowed Harry Kane to score from close range. The turnaround was completed in the 70th minute when Kane converted a penalty after Schlotterbeck fouled Josip Stanisic, marking his 30th league goal of the season.

Dortmund briefly revived hope in the 83rd minute through Svensson’s volley from Marcel Sabitzer’s cross. However, Bayern sealed the win in the 87th minute when Kimmich smashed a side-footed volley into the top corner.
